Lot 121 is large enough for a 40+ foot motorhome and parking for 2 vehicles. It has a small patio and it had been rented for several years. My tenant purchased a house and will be leaving this month. I don't want to rent it again and may consider some owner financing with a substantial down payment. Maintenance fees are $295.00 per month.
