The Annual Owners Meeting (AOM) Volunteer Committee will hold it's first meeting for the season on Thursday, December 11th at 10:30 a.m. There will be a brief review of the AOM process, we'll obtain contact information, discuss specific tasks, and review the timeline for various functions leading up to and including the Annual Owners Meeting in March.

 

Owners are welcome to attend and especially those interested in serving on the committee.

Volunteers needed !!  Come help us clean up the park - we'll meet in front of the Clubhouse and split up to tackle various tasks such as:

  - pruning / unburying the dry waterfall out front / a little weeding / cleaning gutters / cleaning under the dumpsters / raking / leaf blowing / rye grass around the Clubhouse / collecting trash (old awnings) at the bone yard and behind the activities shed and whatever else seems to need doing (digging up stumps) depending on the number of people and energy !

 

Bring rakes, blowers, flat/coal shovels and spades / loppers / gloves /water 

Please RSVP just so we have an idea of what tasks to plan but if you don't get a chance just show up.

 

We may tie this into some Taco Tuesday / adult beverage event off site after completion.   whoowhoo :)

Dinner is at 4:00 pm with a social hour starting at 3:30 pm. Ham will be provided by NCL Activities. Please sign up on the NCL Calendar if you are planning on attending so the committee will know how much meat to prepare.  You are asked to prepare a side dish that will go with the ham and/or a dessert to share. You will be asked when you sign up what you plan to bring. 

Please bring a sweater if you get cold easily. (It is winter in Florida, after all.)

NYE party   Reservations are required because of capacity limits.    Reservations are limited to two people per lot for NCL owners and registered renters. If there are any seats available after December 29th, then those spots will be opened up for registered guests of NCL residents. Understandably, preference is given to the residents of NCL first since the party is always at capacity.  If you are a lot owner and rent your lot then pursuant to Florida Statute 719.105(3) and NCL Rules and Regulations the tenant has all use and rights in the association property and the owner forfeits them.   Come help us say good bye to 2025 and welcome to 2026 with the music by the Band Karmic Revenge.  They will play from approximately 8:30 pm to 12:30 am.  You are cordially invited to attend, and requested to bring an appetizer to share during the party.  Remember to bring your favorite beverage for the evening.   Food will be served in the clubhouse starting at 7:30 and Friendship Hall will be open at 7:30 for eating and social time.  The Band will start at approximately 8:30.   NOTE:  Small plates and plastic ware will be supplied for this event.    Extra seating    Our RSVP for the New Year's Eve Party fills up fast!   We want everyone to be able to attend.  So, this is Plan B! We will have Outdoor Seating under the tent behind Friendship Hall.  We will have portable fire pits if needed.  There will also be limited seating in the Clubhouse.  Our fire marshall certificate states that we can have 122 people with tables and chairs, and 285 people with chairs only in Friendship Hall.  After eating, we will move some tables to accommodate more people.  So, we might be playing a little musical chairs, but we will make it happen! Please RSVP so that we are able to plan the evening.
