The first volunteer meeting for the Annual Owners Meeting Committee will be held from 10:00 am to 11:00 am in Friendship Hall on Friday, December 8, 2023. Any owners wishing to assist with various assignments related to the Annual Owners Meeting process are encouraged to attend. Questions can be directed to Annual Owners Meeting Chair Joan Witte at vote@nclrv.com. If you'd prefer to discuss the responsibilities of AOM volunteers, please email Joan with your contact information.

Depart 5:35 for a ride thru the entire park.  Those caroling meet at FH with bikes or golf carts ready to leave at 6 pm to carol. Those in the parade are welcome to do both. Final caroling at FH by 7 pm when EVERYONE is welcome at FH for the Hot Chocolate Bar (opens at 7 pm) and to learn the 1st & 2nd place winners of the golf cart parade

Come join the NCL golf group for an afternoon of fun at various courses.  We play on Tuesday afternoons.  A signup sheet will be posted each week at the Friendship hall for sign ups for the following Tuesday.  Please sign up by the previous Monday noon.

Morning group Pickleball play.  All levels invited.  Fun for all.  Will play Tuesdays, Thursdays (Except BOD meetings) and Fridays.

Non-Instructor led yoga every Tuesday and Thursday at 9:00 a.m., except the 3rd Thursday of the month.

Come to the clubhouse on Tuesday and Thursday's to try your hand at Texas Holdem'. It is a 5.00 buy in and starts promptly at 7:00. Enjoy playing your favorite game!  You can bring your own or play what's already available - Five Crowns, Mexican Train, Spinners, Parchesi, Backgammon, whatever you like.  

The Retired Old Men Eating Out will meet at the Biscuit Barn across from Turkey Oak Dr. on Wednesday mornings at 8am for breakfast and discussion on how to solve the world's problems .

The majority of the R.O.M.E.O.s are still from the basket of deplorables but if you can take the heat your welcome to sit by the kitchen.

Pump up those tires and join us as your schedule allows as we bike out to the gulf and back.  

This is a fun and easy way to meet new people in the park and get some exercise as we chat.

This is rarely competitive, (haha); if you haven't biked in a while, go as far as you're comfortable and turn around.  We start together and spread out as we go.  Bring water, snacks and bug spray if you need to as it's often buggy at the gulf. 

This is designed to be a self managed group which requires no leader. 

 

Leave at 9:30 and return to the park whenever.

 

Later in the season, there are often bike trips scheduled to other interesting Florida locations with food and drink at the end of the day before we return to NCL.  Consider this as the training for the more challenging fun outings.

A long time tradition here at NCL.  Bring a drink of choice and an appetizer to CH and mingle with your NCL neighbors.  Get to know the new folks in the park.  

Corn hole is at 2 and TT starts about 4ish.  Pending weather people will meet either in the CH or behind Friendship Hall.  Just follow the laughter.

NFL Football: New Orleans Saints vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Currently reservations have reached room capacity limits.  We want to include everyone but must respect the Fire Marshall occupancy requirements.  So, we have opened a 2nd RSVP up for outside and clubhouse seating as waiting space until people start to leave Friendship Hall.   Please click here if you would like to sign up for Pavillion or Clubhouse seating.

 

Reservations are limited to two people per lot for NCL.  If there are any seats available after December 29th, then those spots will be opened up for registered guests of NCL residents. Understandably, preference is given to the in park residents of NCL first since the party is always at capacity.  If you are a lot owner and rent your lot then pursuant to Florida Statute 719.105(3) and NCL Rules and Regulations the tenant has all use and rights in the association property and the owner forfeits them.   Come help us say good bye to 2023 and welcome to 2024 with the music of the Firecreek Band.  They will play from approximately 8:30 pm to 12:00 am.  You are cordially invited to attend, and requested to bring an appetizer to share during the party.  Remember to bring your favorite beverage for the evening.   Food will be served in the clubhouse starting at 7:30 and Friendship Hall will be open at 7:00 for eating and social time.  The Band will start at 8:30.   NOTE:  Small plates and plastic ware will be supplied for this event.
