A group of us are riding on Wednesday, December 8th, on the Withlacoochee State Trail to the Burger Station for lunch (2700 Florida Avenue (41), Hernando). If you'd like to join us, meet at 12:00 noon at the Gulf Junction Trailhead, 2233 W. Magenta Drive, Citrus Springs. The ride is 20 miles round trip --- 10 miles to lunch at approx 1:00 pm, and back 10 miles. If you don't want to do 20 miles, there's another trailhead -- South Citrus Springs, 64 W. Citrus Springs Blvd., and that would be 12 miles round trip. Just plan your timeframe to meet us for lunch at 1:00ish, if you'd like.

This is an opportunity for owners to meet with the Rule and Regulations task force to share ideas, concerns and solutions. Deadline for owner input is December 27. 

This meeting will be an opportunity for people to discuss their interests and ideas to continue the Front Entrance Landscape Project.

Safety committee meeting to discuss any safety issues or concerns within the Park area.

The NCL Activities Committee will meet in Friendship Hall at 4:00 pm. The committee will be making decisions on upcoming events and scheduling new events. If anyone in the park is interested in hosting an event for the park, stop by and see how that's done. Bring the ideas for your event and the committee will do everything possible to make it happen (within reason :) All residents are welcome to attend any committee meeting. 

 

We will meet at Olive Garden on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at 1 pm for lunch. Olive Garden is located at 2151 E Gulf to Lake Highway, Inverness.  This will be our Christmas luncheon. If you wish to participate, we will be having a gift exchange. Please limit your gift to no more than $15.

Last week's meeting revealed substantial interest in improving our "Front Door" entrance appearance. 

We have only a month to come up with a killer detailed design which EVERYONE will love.  Let's have at it ! 

 

This meeting will use a "Design Charrette" process to get people involved in design.  You'll be sketching your own ideas and explaining your vision to the group.  Bring photos of local features or ideas from the web -8 1/2 x 11 prints would be great for sharing !

The group is also working on a short survey to get a better focus on owner interest and expectations for the Front Entrance.

Reservations are limited to two people per lot for NCL owners and registered renters. If there are any seats available after December 29th, then those spots will be opened up for registered guests of NCL residents. Understandably, preference is given to the residents of NCL first since the party is always at capacity.  If you are a lot owner and rent your lot then pursuant to Florida Statute 719.105(3) and NCL Rules and Regulations the tenant has all use and rights in the association property and the owner forfeits them.
