Line Dancing

Anyone interested in line dancing is welcome to join us!!  We will be happy to go through the steps to help you learn if you haven't done the dances before.  We have a great time and get a little activity at the same time.  
Yoga

All fitness levels are welcome, from beginners and on.  This is a 30 minute DVD led, gentle yoga with focus on breathing and stretching.  Bring your yoga mat, or there are a few available for use if you don't have one yet.  
Morning Meditation

Morning Meditation is a 20 minute breathe meditation session. We will start at 11:00 with a brief time of explaining the components of meditation and answer any questions you may have. After the intro, the 20 minute session will begin. You will need a yoga mat if you wish to lay down for your meditation or sitting in a chair is equally effective if laying down is too difficult. Also, you may want a blanket or pillow for extra comfort. There are extra yoga mats in FH if you need one. All are welcome! If you have never experienced meditation, it’s the perfect time to try it.

Every Thursday at 4:00 we get together at the Clubhouse to socialize with our NCL friends and neighbors.  Bring your drinks and a snack to share and join the fun!

Come on up to the Friendship Hall for Hotdogs and Hamburgers at 12:00 (noon) for lunch.

Karaoke Party

Please join us for a fun evening of music and dance.  We will be helping Jaelyn celebrate her 17th birthday in addition to our regular karaoke festivities.  Please bring a snack to share and there will be birthday cake for everyone!
