Everyone who is involved in the Variety Show - including behinds the scenes volunteers, sound, props, and all people who have an act of any kind need to come to this meeting. We need to know your individual needs for your act and we will go over the process necessary to get from staging area to the stage with props. And volunteers need to know what to expect.
