NOTICE is hereby given a Nature Coast Landings Resort Association, Inc. (NCLRA) Special Owners Meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 11:00 AM in the Friendship Hall, at 10173 N. Suncoast Boulevard, Crystal River, Florida 34428. 
 
This Special Owners Meeting will be held at the request of more than 65 owners by signature to petition in order to review and discuss the Independent Owners Council (IOC) impact on NCL, its volunteers and the community-at-large with the intention to identify possible next steps to rectify the disruption.  
 
All owners are encouraged to attend and participate. This meeting will be facilitated by owners. This meeting will be solutions-focused. Respectful behavior by all is expected.
