NOTICE is hereby given that The NCLRA Treasurer will hold 2026/2027 Operating Budget Meetings.   Budget Document will be email 4 days prior to each meeting. All owners are on the budget committee and are encouraged to attend.

Saturday January 10, 2026   at 9am

Reserve Study Group: Information has been submitted.  Once the report is complete two meetings will be scheduled to review the document.  As stated previously the report is a guide and not a budget.
