Twice a year we need to refresh the pine straw in the common areas which we use as mulch around the landscape plants. Around 8:30 on Friday we can use 8 or 9 people to drive to rake and collect the pine needles.  Sometime around noon, we could use a group in the park to distribute the the needles in the various landscape bedding.  That takes less than an hour.  Many hands make short work of this.  The mulch traps moisture for the plants and help reduce weeds.
