The 2026 Annual Owners Meeting is scheduled for Saturday, March 7, 2026 in the Friendship Hall starting at 10:00 a.m.

 

Watch for the first official notice by email on December 28, 2025, including deadlines for Intent to be Candidate as well as submission of agenda items. On February 12, 2026, the second notice and voting documents will be emailed to owners who enjoy the convenience of electronic voting, and the paper voting documents will be mailed to owners who vote by paper.

 

Be sure to sign up for the Owners Meeting Forum within the Community Forum, where the majority of notifications and information will be posted throughout the Annual Owners Meeting time frame.
