Bear has requested that the group meet for an end of year wrap up to discuss

"our future plate big projects such as (1) NCL Parkway Southside landscape, (2) North storage screening, (3) Golf cart path and parking north side of FH, (4) Some landscaping around DRAs.  All of these together could and will likely take months or even years to complete.  I think it would be good to identify what each project will require breaking them down chronologically.  This should help us focus on each individual project."
