Well it's back again! Instant Pot Class 101! I am planning/working on some new recipes for the Instant Pot Demo, I am planning on incorporating some Glueten Free and "Noom" recipes for the ladies that are sensitive to Gluten and also on the Noom program. I also will be bringing back some of the old time favorites. I have not yet determined the cost of the class, it all depends on the number of girls/guys that sign up, but as always I try to keep the cost to a minimum.
