If you would like to ask a question via the live stream, you must have a gmail account. (you DO NOT need a gmail account just to view the meeting, only to ask a question).  Use your gmail account to log into youtube and you will be able to then post questions during the BOD Meeting.  A moderator will be available to read your questions (via chat) to the board.  Be sure to include your name and lot number when posting your question.  To keep the chat thread easy for the moderator to manage, please keep your questions brief and direct.  Do not post anything other than a question to be read on the chat.
