This lot butts up to the nature preserve so you can enjoy a little more privacy and a little nature if you are lucky. You get to sit and watch the wildlife away from the road noise. There is a trail behind that takes you to the relaxing pond.
This lot comes with a storage shed. Park offers Internet to each lot, lawn mowing, trash service, we have a nice pool and also have work out rooms, a library, and a full kitchen in our buildings.
Barge Canal with paved walking path is only 1000 yards from our entrance gate on the access road with covered tables along the way and a covered Gazebo at the end for some great sunset pictures!
