Park has nice pool, close to Florida Barge Canal for going out on your boat or walking the paved path to the Gulf.
Internet, lawn service, trash service, sewer and water hook up on site, and nice laundry room, beautiful park with Clubhouse with Library and work out rooms and Friendship Hall, lots of activities, and friendly people. Lots of springs in our area, great for kayaking and boating or swimming. If you love the outdoors, you will love this area.
2 Pets maximum here in the park, must have vaccination records, dogs and cats must be on 6' leash while in the park. Please read our rules and regulations on the home page under "Public Documents" to see our complete set of rules.
You pay electric.
This is a great park with great people, always helpful and lots of fun.
