This lot is in the newest section of our park here at NCL. Lot has several trees and bushes for privacy on the lot including one of the tallest palm trees in our Resort. There is an 8x10 shed on this lot for storage and also has a nice patio area for a table and chairs, perfect for entertaining, playing games, grilling out or you could use this area for a screen room.
