This beautiful large lot is located on the south side of the resort with no rear neighbors. The resort boasts two different community buildings which include full kitchens, large screen tv’s, library, gym, enclosed heated pool and a laundry room and dog run.
The gated resort includes high speed fiber-optic internet service to each lot, water, sewer, and garbage. Renter is responsible for basic upkeep of the lot. This lot has no oak trees, so no problems with tree and bird droppings all over everything, no leaves or falling acorns bouncing off your roof and no worries of falling branches or trees when Mother Nature stirs up the wind. The resort is right next to a 5 mile asphalt biking/walking trail that dead-ends into the Gulf of Mexico and also 1000’ from a public boat launch leading to the Gulf of Mexico providing a direct access to Kings Bay, 3 Sisters Springs, Hunter Springs and Crystal River. Crystal River offers an abundance of restaurants and shops for a day or more of entertainment for friends and family when visiting or just your own little getaway in the beautiful Nature Coast of Florida. For those who fish, this is a flat water haven for Redfish, Snook, Trout, Flounder, Tarpon and whole lot more of pelagic fish just waiting for you at your leisure. This lot is also big enough to accommodate 40+ foot rigs. Some shared use of the shed can be considered. The RV Resort is roughly 1 mile from grocery, gas stations, ice cream, and other quick grab-n-go stores like Dollar General or Family Dollar.
