The NCLRV Annual Owners Meeting will be held Saturday, March 1, 2025 at 10:00 am in Friendship Hall. For the most up-to-date meeting information, all owners are encouraged to subscribe to the Owners Meeting Forum within the NCL Community Forum section of our website, as well as having your current email address on file. As approved by the owners at last years Annual Owner meeting, the area along the main entrance road and the central retention pond will be made over into a welcoming landscape feature.

As a start, we need some able bodied volunteers with shovels to bury the water supply line.

Others can start turning over the existing grass to prepare the area to be landscaped.

As soon as we have the water in place, (later this week ??) we'll be bringing in and planting two palms and a shade tree in each of three islands over the 160 ft. strip. Florida native silver palmettos, coonties and ornamental grasses transplanted from out front will complete the look.

 

If you've opted out of the design meetings in favor of the shovel part of the project, now is your time.  We need you !  Bring water, shovel, garden rake or trenching tools. 

We also have some project work to finish in the island across from the mailboxes.

The majority of the R.O.M.E.O.s are still from the basket of deplorables but if you can take the heat you’re welcome to sit by the kitchen.

All due to the amazing efforts of the volunteers last week who ran and buried water lines and control wires, dug holes for trees and set them in place !!

At the conclusion, let’s all get together in Friendship Hall for snacks in honor of St Patrick’s Day.  Here’s how it works: Get a team of four together and pick a name. If you don’t have four, sign up anyway-we’ll fix you up! Decorate your golf cart or plan your attire to match.  (Be aware that some may choose to use water pistols during the games.) Choose a team leader to pick up your clues from Friendship Hall, and off you go! To sign up, go to the NCL calendar and select the Scavenger Hunt on March 15. You may register everyone on your team at one time.
