This is a video lead session by the world famous fitness guru Tony Horton.  Class will be starting shortly after 9 AM after a short briefing and allow people to get their mats ready.

 

Don't forget to bring a towel and water and yoga mat. There are a couple of extra yoga mats if you don't have one.

The majority of the R.O.M.E.O.s are still from the basket of deplorables but if you can take the heat you’re welcome to sit by the kitchen.

We're taking on a project to improve the "curb appeal" of the area along the south side of the entrance road inside the park. In March 2024, owners approved a proposal to convert a vacant sandy, barren 20’x 160’ area adjacent to and along the roadside of the existing retention pond.  The objective is to add a low cost, low maintenance, drought tolerant landscape feature which will add visual interest and complement existing landscape within the park.     There's a sign there now which says "Nature Watch" so unless we come up with a better name, that's the project name.   Bring your ideas and any pictures you find appealing and the group will figure out what we like and what it'll look like.  We'll submit our design, cost estimate and proposed schedule to Scott and take it from there.   We're scheduling three Wednesday night meetings January 8, 15 and 22 for the design.  No experience required.  All are invited.   email me at dohenkw@icloud.com if you'd like to be added to the email distribution list for Landscape and Park Beautification.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Nature Coast Landings Resort Association (NCLRA) Budget Committee Meeting will be held on Friday, January 10, 2025 at 11:00 am in Friendship Hall, at 10173 N. Suncoast Blvd., Crystal River, Florida 34428.  The 2025/2026 Budget and assessments will be discussed.  All owners are welcome to attend.

 

 

An NCL tradition!  Soup or Chili pot luck.  Bring your favorite soup or chili to share.  Be sure to bring a muffin pan so you can sample the many options.  You might also want to bring some small paper cups to sample the variety.  

If you don’t have a soup recipe, bring a dessert, bread or crackers to share.

This is a field trip to visit the project site to visualize the 2D design on paper in 3D.  We have a potential final design which we'll evaluate as to scale and amount of view blocked.  All are invited to participate.

The design will be available as an attachment on a notice on the Park Beautification forum available 1/24.

This is a one hour cardio workout featuring the world famous fitness guru Tony Horton.  This video lead class will lead us through 12 minutes of stretching in prep for the next 43 minutes of cardio kick boxing moves and a 4 minute cool down.  

 

Anyone can participate all you have to do is do your best and forget the rest.  Take as many breaks as you need.  Bring water and a towel as you will be sweaty.  This will be repeated every Wednesday at 9 AM through the end of February.

The second meeting of the Annual Owners Meeting Committee will be held on Friday, January 31, 2025 at 11:15 a.m. in Friendship Hall. The purpose of the meeting is for the Committee to finalize the plans for the Meet The Candidate event on February 1st, and the Town Hall on February 2nd.
