Morning Meditation is a 20 minute breathe meditation session. We will start at 11:00 with a brief time of explaining the components of meditation and answer any questions you may have. After the intro, the 20 minute session will begin. You will need a yoga mat if you wish to lay down for your meditation or sitting in a chair is equally effective if laying down is too difficult. Also, you may want a blanket or pillow for extra comfort. There are extra yoga mats in FH if you need one. All are welcome! If you have never experienced meditation, it’s the perfect time to try it.
