P90X - Kenpo X (Kickboxing Workout)
Location: Friendship Hall
Time: 2pm to 3:15pm
Description:
This is a one hour cardio workout featuring the world famous fitness guru Tony Horton.  This video lead class will lead us through 12 minutes of stretching in prep for the next 43 minutes of cardio kick boxing moves and a 4 minute cool down.  
 
Anyone can participate all you have to do is do your best and forget the rest.  Take as many breaks as you need.  Bring water and a towel as you will be sweaty.  This will be repeated every Wednesday at 9 AM through the end of February.
