Circuit training is a style of workout where you cycle through several exercises targeting different muscle groups with minimal rest in between. The result is a workout that taxes your muscular strength and endurance and your cardiorespiratory system.
Our circuit consists of 12 different exercises at 30 seconds each with a 10 second break as we move to the next station. Come join us for some great physical activity in Friendship Hall on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8:45.
