Light weights, arms, abs, squats, etc.  All fitness levels are welcome.

Anyone interested in line dancing is welcome to join us!!  We will be happy to go through the steps to help you learn if you haven't done the dances before.  We have a great time and get a little activity at the same time.

Yoga
Friday, October 11th, 2019, 10am to 11am at Friendship Hall
All fitness levels are welcome, from beginners and on.  This is a 30 minute DVD led, gentle yoga with focus on breathing and stretching.  Bring your yoga mat, or there are a few available for use if you don't have one yet.
