A volunteer meeting for the Annual Owners Meeting Committee will be held from 10:00 am to 10:30 am in Friendship Hall on Friday, December 20, 2024. Any owners wishing to assist with various assignments related to the Annual Owners Meeting process are encouraged to attend. Due to popular demand, we're having another round of Fall Clean up.

It’s predicted to be SUNNY and a hi of 64 for Friday – PERFECT for our fall clean up items.            

Bring rake, gloves, maybe loppers, leaf blower, tarp  and shrub trimmers if you have them.  

Always bring water or coffee             

Tasks to Do:         

   Rake all the debris left over from the three storms – use gator and trailer to haul to yard waste dumpster.

   Propane tank area, around and behind owner tool /activity sheds  

   Pool and clubhouse is DONE ! ·        

   Trim the shrubs by the pool - DONE ! ·        

   Trim the shrubs on west side on mailbox island (complaint that they scratch RVS) ·        

   Trim the silver thorns south side of Friendship Hall ·        

   Dig around the bougainvillea on south side of FH in prep for transplanting in February.  ·        

   Clean up the plant rehab area ·        

   Need to add fill around Mule palm #3 – the one which blew over during Milton ·        

   Identify which plants out front need to be dug up and split.  

   (We’ll be cutting down the ornamental grasses next month.)
