Landscape - Designing the "Nature Watch"
Wednesday, January 15th, 2025, 6:30pm to 8pm at Clubhouse
We're taking on a project to improve the "curb appeal" of the area along the south side of the entrance road inside the park. In March 2024, owners approved a proposal to convert a vacant sandy, barren 20’x 160’ area adjacent to and along the roadside of the existing retention pond.  The objective is to add a low cost, low maintenance, drought tolerant landscape feature which will add visual interest and complement existing landscape within the park.

There's a sign there now which says "Nature Watch" so unless we come up with a better name, that's the project name.

Bring your ideas and any pictures you find appealing and the group will figure out what we like and what it'll look like.  We'll submit our design, cost estimate and proposed schedule to Scott and take it from there.

We're scheduling three Wednesday night meetings January 8, 15 and 22 for the design.  No experience required.  All are invited.

email me at dohenkw@icloud.com if you'd like to be added to the email distribution list for Landscape and Park Beautification.
