Circuit training is a style of workout where you cycle through several exercises targeting different muscle groups with minimal rest in between. The result is a workout that taxes your muscular strength and endurance and your cardiorespiratory system. 

 

Our circuit consists of 12 different exercises at 30 seconds each with a 10 second break as we move to the next station. Come join us for some great physical activity in Friendship Hall on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8:45.

Pre pay for Friday Lunches using your credit card now available.  If you do not typically have cash on hand for Friday Lunches, you can purchase prepaid tickets and pay online with your debit or credit card.  Once you purchase tickets online, the tickets will be delivered to your lot within a couple days.

Come on up to the hall and join your friends and neighbors for an evening of fun and music. Try your favorite song on the karaoke stage or join in with the line dance crowd. Don't forget to bring your favorite beverage.
